Familiar and comfortable with interviews for print media, as well as live & recorded radio and television interviews.

Previous television appearances include guest expert on the Sky 1 daytime show 'Angela & Friends' and regional winner of 'Britain's Best Dish' cookery competition.

Happy to offer informed opinion on all matters relating to veganism - food and cooking, products and lifestyle, animal rights / welfare and environmental issues. 

[Quals/study include: Health Science and Weight Management (at MSc level), Diabetes Care Management (specialism), BA Hospitality Management.]


Writing:

Published author (under alias) of The Answer - 'Diet is a Four Letter Word'.

Written work (including recipes) regularly featured in many online platforms, e-zines and related websites.  [e.g. recent recipes featured in 10th anniversary edition of Exeter Living magazine].

New and existing feature articles for publication can be supplied on request. [a small fee may be required]

Happy to review (and blog) vegetarian and vegan restaurants / cafes and cookbooks - previously reviewed tibits, London and Cooking at Home with tibits.

Availability:

Residing in Bristol, but maintaining good links with London.

Work full time in Vegan advocacy [Founder/Director of the Vegan Lifestyle Association] and can therefore be available for relevant interviews and to assist with projects, as a priority, at fairly short notice.
NB Some appearances / work may incur expenses plus a small fee.
